While we are still working away here at A&B and your order should go through without any issues, we wanted to share some news regarding deliveries.

Delivery Delays

We have been notified that UPS is experiencing delays in shipments due to transportation orders issued in many regions around the world.

We want to assure you that no matter what delays we might face due to the restrictions, your beautiful order is ready and will be shipped to you ASAP. In the mean time, please stay safe, be well, and smile – together, we’re going to make it through this :)

Safety of our artisans

At America & Beyond, we take our role in the fight against pandemic seriously and it is our priority to maintain the safety of our staff as well as our customers.

We're following the guidelines and those who can work from home are all working from home.

Our garments and accessories are handcrafted with love by our team of 700 incredibly talented local artisans from India.

We've also implemented social distancing measures at our factories.

Safety Measures

Our cleaning measures and additional hygiene requirements have also increased to protect our people. Apart from soap, water and sanitizer, our staff are also issued with gloves and face masks which can be used when required.

Returns and Refunds

If you'd like to request a refund due to a delay in delivery, please write to us at support@americaandbeyond.com 

For received orders, if you'd like a return within 30 days from delivery, the refund will be made to the original form of payment.
